Before submitting ticket please read the following:

  2. Update your WordPress, theme and all plugins to the latest versions.
  3. Deactivate all 3rd party plugins and see if the problem remains.
  4. Include your website URL and point to the exact location where the issue appears. Screenshots are welcome too.
  5. We will get back to you as soon as possible, usually within 24-48 hours. Please, wait for an answer from us and don’t create replies in the ticket, otherwise, your ticket will go to the end of the queue and you will need to wait for another 24-48 hours.

Whenever you update any plugin, theme or WordPress you must clear your browser and site cache to help avoid any potential cache related bugs.
